Hello. I love this photo. I have created a few butterfly gardens and never tire of seeing how beautiful the sight of a butterfly on a flower.

Thanks Lottie and Noelle :o)

I love watching butterflies in the garden, they always seem so hungry and keep me very busy chasing them with my camera! We have lots of buddleias and hebes here which they adore.

Rarely seen here, the Red Admiral. It takes incredible patience to photograph butterflies. I seem to get a lot of pics of where they just were....

You have a great picture of a beautiful on this gorgeous lilac aster. It has always been my most difficult to get a photo of the butterfly. They are way too fast for me.

Super photo - there were loads of different types of butterfly where i was on holiday this year and one day i went out to try and photograph them. The results were rubbish, so I know how difficult it is.

Found your blog through Blotanical - I hope we'll see you around there a lot.
